Hi there.
Let me guess: you are a meeting planner. Or maybe you are in marketing and voluntold to find a Seattle-area keynote speaker.
Someone funny, entertaining. Even better if they've got real-life experience and a transformation promise. Extra brownie points if you find a woman.
(Odd datapoint: 70% of today's keynote speakers are male.)
Great news. you've landed at the right place.
TLC, a.k.a Tracey Croisier, is a rare, multi-faceted jackie-of-all-trades.
She moved to New York intent on crafting out a bohemian, creative life. When the public relations job fizzled, she grabbed a research assistant job at Bear Stearns. Told herself this was a temporary blip in her career ladder until she could find something better.
Within one year, TLC was promoted to work on the trading desk and her ad lib comments resulted in internationally syndicated stock market commentary via NBC and Westwood One. Her on-air savvy and financial acumen meant she was the perfect fit to host the iconic Dawn Patrol financial podcast. Not bad for an English major.
After September 11th, TLC drove west and found a soft landing in Seattle.
Always happiest behind a mic, Tracey worked as the evening news anchor for WTBBL, volunteered with Lighthouse for the Blind, taught hot yoga, and worked at numerous nonprofit auctions.
She's been active in the Seattle storytelling community for a dozen years. She's won multiple Moth Story Slams and has had the privilege of performing at Seattle Town Hall.
Tracey is best described as motivational, pathologically positive, intelligent,
financially savvy, humorous.
Think of her as an older, wiser sister with a splash of snark.
She's been featured on: The Moth Radio Hour, Town Hall, KUOW, KEXP, NPR, Seattle's Unexpected Productions, Fox5 NYC, NBC Radio, Yahoo! Finance, and Global Radio News.
